I WILL RESPECT TRADITION BY SHAVING MY HAIR IN RESPECT OF MY LATE MOTHER.....HIGH CHIEF WAYLES

The High Chief Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore has buried his dear mother Late Mrs Magdalene Zipuamore Egukawhore nee Okoro in a carnival like manner in her home town Pa tan I in Delta State.


Dignitaries from all works of life were present including the governors of Delta and Jigawa State respectively.

Captains of industries,business merchants,oil merchants,top government functionaries AIG,DIG,commissioners of police were all present to mourn with the High Chief.

Speaking to kpooka media reporters immediately after the outing service on Sunday at his residence in Patani, High chief Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore said that it is traditional to shave ones hair as a mark of honour to the dead,and im ready to do so because its our tradition.

Everyone knows the bond I have with my mother and doing this has nothing to do with been fetish,cos its tradition and tradition should be observed he added.

Therefore I call on the general public to grace the traditional hair shaving rights of my mother on Wednesday 26th 2020 at Patani.

There will be lots of food and drinks as music will be supplied by Alfred Izonebi aka junior king Robert.

A foremost Ijaw activist Comrade Stanley Patrick aka Ogbakiri,a signatory to Kiama declaration and a leader of KOLTA MILITANTS has called on Ijaw leaders to call Proffesor Charlse Dokubo to order and also ask the contractors handling the Bomadi Skill Aquisition centre to quickly complete the project so that Niger Delta youths can benefit from the scheme. Ogbakiri lamented how the project is been slowed down despit the huge amount that is been pumped in to complete it,he said about 85 percent of the total contract sum have been given to the contractors and these contractors instead of doing their jobs they are busy enriching themselves and building mansions for themselves.
