EX AGITATOR BOUKAZI BISCO THANKED PROF CHARLSE DOKUBO AS PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY OFFICE EMPOWERS OVER 200 EX AGITATORS IN PORTHARCOURT.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme has trained and empowered over 200 EX agitators in Portharcourt, one of the beneficiary  an ex agitator Boukazi Bisco has thanked professor Charlse Dokubo and the facilitator of the training Monroe Global Concept Limited for their thorough and proper way of handling the ex agitators during and after the training.








Boukazi displaying items giving to him in his Shop in Bomadi said,he has never believed that he will be given such items,thinking it will be a thing of as usual where contractors will just gather them,train them and allow them to go back home without been empowered.

Boukazi valuing his items said it is worth a million Naira and 2 year rent was outrightly paid for them start up their business, he futher explained that the items which include a generator set,television,deep freezer,bags of rice,cartons of income,cartons of Bournvita,Milk,Soap,tissue papers,table water,cartons of blue and black bullets,malt etc.

Boukazi futher expressed joy,how these items will serve as a good will to him and his families charging the federal government to give prof Charlse Dokubo  the benefit of doubt to continue with the scheme,understanding the gimmicks in every system that is been fought by interested parties.

A foremost Ijaw activist Comrade Stanley Patrick aka Ogbakiri,a signatory to Kiama declaration and a leader of KOLTA MILITANTS has called on Ijaw leaders to call Proffesor Charlse Dokubo to order and also ask the contractors handling the Bomadi Skill Aquisition centre to quickly complete the project so that Niger Delta youths can benefit from the scheme. Ogbakiri lamented how the project is been slowed down despit the huge amount that is been pumped in to complete it,he said about 85 percent of the total contract sum have been given to the contractors and these contractors instead of doing their jobs they are busy enriching themselves and building mansions for themselves. The story of professor Charlse Dokubo could be likened to Amalanze the cat,that  great wrestler whose back never  touched the ground.
