BARRISTER ETIFA JONATHAN EMERGED AS ELECO CHAIRMAN IJAW YOUTH COUNCIL ABUJA CHAPTER.


Earlier today, the Ebizimor Raphael Preye led Ijaw Youth Council Abuja chapter constituted an electoral committee members th a will rusher in A new chapter Chairman in the forthcoming Abuja Chapter elections.




The congress which had a large turnout today in Abuja constituted a 7 man committee to conduct a peaceful,credible elections for the chapter.

Speaking to Kpooka media correspondent via a telephone conversation, the Eleco chairman promised to give a level playing ground to all contestants,that as the day goes by proces on how the elections will go will be relayed out to the public as the day goes by.

A foremost Ijaw activist Comrade Stanley Patrick aka Ogbakiri,a signatory to Kiama declaration and a leader of KOLTA MILITANTS has called on Ijaw leaders to call Proffesor Charlse Dokubo to order and also ask the contractors handling the Bomadi Skill Aquisition centre to quickly complete the project so that Niger Delta youths can benefit from the scheme. Ogbakiri lamented how the project is been slowed down despit the huge amount that is been pumped in to complete it,he said about 85 percent of the total contract sum have been given to the contractors and these contractors instead of doing their jobs they are busy enriching themselves and building mansions for themselves.
