IJAW YOUTH VISION (IYV) COMMENCE PREPARATION FOR THEIR ANNUAL YOUTH EVENT IN BOMADI,HONOURS ILLUSTRIOUS SONS


The Ijaw Youth Vision begins preparation for their annual ijaw cultural festival in Bomadi,honours illustrious sons from the locsl government area.



The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area,Hon William Angadi, Ambassador Kinglsely Muturu and many other prominent Ijaw sons from Bomadi Local Government Area who have contributed meaningfully to the betterment of Bomadi LGA  have been penned down to be honoured in this year's Ijaw Youth Vision celebration day.



The event which is a week long activity will feature both wrestling,dance,talk shows,drama,and the powerful Ijaw day celebration where the ijaw music maestro Barrister Smooth will be performing live on stage.

When addressing the  press about the event the chairman planning committee Comrade Amaebi Johnny said that this years event will be more colourful and it will not only entertain the people but also engage the youths meaningfully. 




He said the cleaning exercise carried by the youths is a mark of preparedness and and readiness on our side for this year's October 1st celebration.- 

For the awardees the chairman planning committee said we have a lot of people to celebrate that day, as you can see and know that the contribution of the honourable Chairman of the LGA is nothing to compare because his activities and achievements so far  are visible for even the blind to see.

On the choice of awarding Amb Kingsley Muturu, Comrade Amaebi explained that he is a grand patron and a great supporter of youths,that he has single handedly gave scholarship and support scheme to over 100 youth from Bomadi to study in an higher place of learning.

The Ijaw Youth Vision is calling out on Ijaw sons from the Local Government Area to join hands with them to make this year's celebration an epoch of its kind.
