NEGOTIATING FOR IJAW NATION IS MY NUMBER ONE PRIORITY..BOB COLLINS

The Deputy Speaker, IYC Mobile Parliament, Comrade Bob Collins Igetei has assured Ijaw people that negotiating for their progress will be his major goal like he has always done in time past.



Igetei made this known while addressing the IYC Western Zone Chairmen's Forum where he officially declared himself an aspirant for the position of the National Secretary of the Ijaw Youth Council.

The Deputy Speaker of the 7th mobile parliament declares himself the best man to do the job articulately and intellectually coupled with his vast knowledge of the Ijaw struggle.

He declared his watchwords
to be equity, unity, accessibility, stability, credibility, efficiency and progress.

While fielding questions from the Chairmen's Forum, Mr Bliss as he's fondly called assured members of defending the Ijaw course while declaring that the IYC will chart a new course when he is elected as the National Secretary.

Collins who is a household name with regards to the Ijaw Youth Council was warmly welcomed by the Forum who spoke highly of his antecedent and declared him fit for the job.

Bob Collins Igetei needs no introduction in the IYC struggle and is unarguably the best bet for the body to maneuver closer to it's promising abode.

A foremost Ijaw activist Comrade Stanley Patrick aka Ogbakiri,a signatory to Kiama declaration and a leader of KOLTA MILITANTS has called on Ijaw leaders to call Proffesor Charlse Dokubo to order and also ask the contractors handling the Bomadi Skill Aquisition centre to quickly complete the project so that Niger Delta youths can benefit from the scheme. Ogbakiri lamented how the project is been slowed down despit the huge amount that is been pumped in to complete it,he said about 85 percent of the total contract sum have been given to the contractors and these contractors instead of doing their jobs they are busy enriching themselves and building mansions for themselves.
