NIGERIA @59: ANGADI ENJOINS BOMADI LGA TO BE PATRIOTIC AND UNITED.

The Executive Chairman  of Bomadi LG Council, Hon. William Angadi felicitates with the good people of Bomadi Local Government Area and Nigeria at large and as well congratulate the people of Delta State as our dear country marks her 59th Year of Independence.



As contained in his Independence Day message, Hon. William Angadi expressed his gratitude to God Almighty for making us witness this day. He referred to this day as a period when Nigerians should work towards the actualization of the dreams of our founding fathers whose service was premised on the peaceful coexistence and progress of our dear Nation. 

The unity, peaceful coexistence and progress of our fatherland should be paramount in all our doings as it's the panacea that would bring about the much needed development of the country", he admonished.

The Council Administrator urged every Nigerian to always imbibe by the spirit of unity, togetherness, patience, patriotism and above all continue to sacrifice for the bettermemt of our dear nation. He equally expressed his optimism that Nigeria would get it right with the crop of leaders she was blessed to have.

The Council Boss also urge the good and understanding people of Bomadi LGA to always be law abiding in all they do.

"On our own part, we shall continue to protect the oath we aver to and serve the people with utmost sense of responsibility and dedication; the dividends of democracy will continue to get to the grassroots", Hon. Angadi assured.

The Administrator finally prayed God Almighty to guide and protect all our leaders as they continue to navigate the nation on the path of unity, progress and development.

Long live Bomadi L.G.A

A foremost Ijaw activist Comrade Stanley Patrick aka Ogbakiri,a signatory to Kiama declaration and a leader of KOLTA MILITANTS has called on Ijaw leaders to call Proffesor Charlse Dokubo to order and also ask the contractors handling the Bomadi Skill Aquisition centre to quickly complete the project so that Niger Delta youths can benefit from the scheme. Ogbakiri lamented how the project is been slowed down despit the huge amount that is been pumped in to complete it,he said about 85 percent of the total contract sum have been given to the contractors and these contractors instead of doing their jobs they are busy enriching themselves and building mansions for themselves. The story of professor Charlse Dokubo could be likened to Amalanze the cat,that  great wrestler whose back never  touched the ground. Just as the nature of cats  that survive many battles,so is proffessor Charlse Dokubo.  Since the day he emerged as the Special Adviser to the president on the Amnesty pProgramme there are tens of thousands of petitions to remove him from office that he is incompetent and not be able to address the problems of the Niger Delta.
